A Boost will show your PING, your offer or your shop to more people, for a set time. It is not available yet: nothing can be bought today.
Yes. With Free you have your storefront, get found and receive orders and quote requests, with no time limit. Selling your surplus mangoes or offering braids at home stays free: your customer pays you in person, in cash or by card as you accept. HUB takes no commission on your sales.
Yes, as much as for those who sell products. Hairdressing, plumbing, cleaning, lessons, coaching, graphic design, development, consulting: your storefront shows your services, your area and your languages, at your place, at the client’s or remotely. Your client asks for a quote with one button. Free is enough to start, quote requests included, with an in-app alert; Pro adds 3 photos per offer, a live daily menu, counted stock and your flyer in your colours. The SMS or WhatsApp alert with the app closed and ‘My figures’ are coming soon.
The first professionals who join HUB will pay Pro €19 excl. tax per month for 12 months instead of €29. Nothing is charged at sign-up: the rate will apply when Pro opens. At launch, it only starts after your 3 free months of Pro, and only if you choose to stay on Pro.
You pay 12 months at once, for the price of 10. You can stop whenever you like: your access continues until the end of the paid period. Fully refunded if you change your mind within 14 days of payment. The -30% discount for associations and social-economy organisations combines with annual billing: Pro then comes to €203 excl. tax per year. In Team, each additional person costs €12 excl. tax per month, or €120 excl. tax per year on annual billing. In the app, only monthly billing is offered; annual billing is taken on the website.
No. HUB takes no commission on your Hub’s sales and services. You set your prices and keep your contracts and responsibility for your work. At launch, your customer pays you in person, in cash or by card as you accept, even if you have no shop or premises. Online payment will come after launch, with fees paid by the buyer: you keep 100%.
The buyer. The seller always keeps 100% of their price. Online payment will come after launch: it will have fees (protected payment, and delivery if chosen), the buyer pays them, and they are shown before paying. No fees for a purchase paid on site, directly to the seller. A free event stays free, and replying to a PING costs nothing.
No. Trust, matching relevance and eligibility are not for sale. Soon, a Boost will be able to show your offer to more people, always labelled ‘Sponsored’, without changing your ranking. HUB does not sell members’ personal data.
Running HUB, and making it known. From the moment subscriptions open, a fixed share of every paid subscription funds HUB’s visibility: social media, radio, posters, then billboards. You don’t have to promote HUB yourself: the better known HUB is, the more your storefront is seen. Each year, a public report will say how much was spent, and where.
No. The ‘Trending’ badge comes from real orders, bookings and requests, clearly more than usual over the week. A paid Boost never gives it, any more than likes or views do.
Free sign-up, no bank card. The yard cannot be bought: HUB takes no commission on your sales, and paying never changes your place. Martinique and Guadeloupe open together.
